Antonio Rey, Ph.D. is an Evaluation & Technical Assistance consultant at BAI. He is an evaluator and organizational strategy developer. He has worked on several BAI projects nationally, at the state level, and locally including:

He has also worked with Adrian Information Strategies as a technical consultant on the BAI US Mexico Border project.

He has been the lead evaluator for the City of Dallas, West Dallas Community Centers, Centro de La Familia de Utah, CODAC South Tucson projects, Excel Educational Enterprises. He has also served at a training consultant to the University of Nevada and the University of Oklahoma.

Dr. Rey was a postdoctoral fellow in the field of aging at the University of North Texas. Funded by the US Administration on Aging, Dr. Rey explored ways of increasing social service delivery to elderly Latino populations.

Dr. Rey received his Ph.D. in organizational effectiveness from the University of Utah, where Dr. James Alexander, head of the clinical division and founder of functional family therapy, supervised his doctoral work.
